Howard Shacklock

Howard Shacklock has had a varied and successful career in the IT and retail industries. Howard began their career in 2002 as an Adjunct Faculty at Youngstown State University. In 2003, they moved to ACRP as a Program Director and Behavior Specialist Consultant. In 2014, they joined Best Buy as a Sales Consultant, later becoming a Sales Team Lead and then a Front End Supervisor. In 2018, they worked as a Consultant/Operator at Wagg-n-Walk. From 2019 to 2021, they were employed at Geek Squad, first as a Geek Squad Agent and then as a Geek Squad Manager. Currently, they are a Project Engineer and Information Technology at PGH Networks.

Howard Shacklock received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology / Sociology from Saint Francis University in 1996, after studying there from 1992 to 1996. Howard then went on to earn a Master of Science (M.S.) in Criminal Justice (Research & Administration) from Youngstown State University, graduating in 2002 after studying there from 1999 to 2002.
