Jon-Paul Davis has held positions in the IT and communications industries since 2001. Jon-Paul began their career as a Store Support Specialist for Epicor Software Corp, formerly CRS Retail Systems, where they provided remote troubleshooting of specialty point-of-sale and office software and hardware. From 2005 to 2007, Jon-Paul worked as a System Support Coordinator (Operations) for Datacomm Services, Inc. and was responsible for managing daily and weekly backups of server and confidential customer data. Jon-Paul then worked as a Level 3 Network Technician - Commercial Networking for Time Warner Cable, where they were responsible for troubleshooting commercial high-speed data and VOIP connections across multiple operating systems and platforms.

In 2008, Jon-Paul began working for Balchem Corporation as an IT Infrastructure Manager, where they managed a group of seven IT administrators and technicians across four states, including both the IT Help-desk and System Admin teams. Jon-Paul also managed multiple M&A projects, from due diligence to complete integration and compliance, including an acquisition with a purchase price of over $500 million. In addition, they managed CapEx budgets in excess of $2 million.

In 2017, Jon-Paul joined TAG Solutions as a Technical Alignment Manager, Network & Unified Communications Engineer, and Unified Communications Engineer. Jon-Paul then joined Ansible Media in 2018 as a Photographer / Videographer.

Jon-Paul Davis completed their secondary education at Highland High School from 1998 to 2001. Jon-Paul also attended Ulster County Vocational Technology from 1999 to 2001, where they studied Graphic & Visual Arts and Multimedia. Additionally, Jon-Paul Davis has obtained several certifications, including Pro Audio Level 1 Design Specialist and Pro Audio Level 2 Programming Specialist from ClearOne in April 2019, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS): Configuring Windows Server 2008 Applications Infrastructure from Microsoft in September 2010, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS): Configuring Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure from Microsoft in 2009, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS): Configuring Vista Client from Microsoft in October 2008, Network+ from CompTIA in December 2007, and Remote Pilot - Small Unmanned Systems from the Federal Aviation Administration in June 2020.
