Michael Leung

Michael Leung is an experienced civil engineer with over three decades in the engineering field. Currently serving as a Resident Engineer at PGH Wong Engineering, Inc. since December 2018, Michael also holds the position of Senior Civil Engineer at PGHWong Engineering. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Bechtel Civil Infrastructure, where Michael advanced from Civil Engineer in 1990 to Senior Civil Engineer from 1998 to 2017. Earlier roles featured work as Construction Manager at Hood Works Company Limited and Tunnel Inspector at EPC Consultants, Inc. Michael holds a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Glasgow.
