Scott Taylor, PE, MBA, currently serves as the Bart Resident Engineer at PGH Wong Engineering, Inc., where responsibilities include reviewing construction packages for public bidding and coordinating the relocation of the AT&T network for the California High Speed Rail project. Prior to this role, Scott was the East Bay District Manager at Soil Engineering Construction, Inc., focused on establishing a new office and offering geotechnical solutions. Previous positions include President of Throop Cellular Concrete, Vice President of the Engineered Fill Division at Cell-Crete Corp., Director of Operations at Real Goods Solar, Senior Estimator at Drill Tech, and various roles in real estate and masonry. Scott holds an MBA from Saint Mary's College of California and a BS in Civil Engineering from California State University, Chico.
