Rakesh Pillai

Rakesh Pillai has over 18 years of experience in the financial industry. Rakesh currently holds the position of Senior Vice President & Zonal Sales Head South at PGIM India Mutual Fund since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as Vice President and Zonal Head - South at the same company from May 2018 to April 2022. Before joining PGIM India Mutual Fund, Rakesh worked as a Relationship Manager - Wealth Management RAK Elite Banking at RAK Bank from August 2014 to October 2016. Rakesh also held the role of Asst Vice President at DSP BlackRock Investment Management Private Ltd from June 2010 to July 2014. Earlier in their career, Rakesh worked as a Senior Associate at Morgan Stanley Investment Management from November 2007 to July 2009, and as an Asst Vice President - Sales at Dsp Merrill Lynch Fund Managers Limited from April 2003 to November 2007.

Rakesh Pillai has a diverse education history spanning from 1995 to 2015. Their educational journey began with their completion of Higher Secondary School at Hindu Senior Secondary School, Adyar from 1995 to 1997, where they focused on the field of commerce.
