Rinki Saraf

Rinki Saraf has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Rinki is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at PGIM India Mutual Fund since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at IDFC Asset Management Company Limited as a Human Resources Manager from November 2021 to February 2022.

Before their role at IDFC, Rinki was employed at Navi Asset Management Company Limited for a period of three years and ten months, starting as an Assistant Manager - Human Resources in September 2018 and leaving in July 2021. Their responsibilities included handling the entire employee lifecycle, managing HR systems, and processing payroll and attendance for a large number of employees.

Rinki also worked at ManpowerGroup as a Human Resources Executive from June 2017 to September 2018, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment for the West region. Prior to that, they held a similar role at Spenta Multimedia from July 2016 to February 2017.

Rinki began their professional career as a Human Resources Consultant at India Web Portal Pvt Ltd from June 2015 to July 2016.

Rinki Saraf pursued their Masters in Management Studies with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Mumbai. Sheattended the university from 2011 to 2013.
