Maren Brusius

Maren Brusius is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and partnering. Currently serving as Senior Manager, HR People Partnering at Semikron Danfoss since April 2025, Maren previously held the role of HR Manager at Danfoss from September 2022 to March 2025. Prior to this, Maren was the Department Head of Personnel & Administration at Vega Salmon GmbH from March 2019 to August 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Ferring Pharmaceuticals from March 2014 to February 2019.
