Armando Gamboa

Armando Gamboa is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at PGIM Private Capital since December 2018, Armando previously held the position of Chief Legal Officer at Prudential Capital Group from December 2018 to July 2022, and also serves as Vice President at Prudential Capital Group.
