Cedric Fischer

Cedric Fischer currently serves as the Director of Compliance at Prudential Investment Management Services, LLC, a subsidiary of PGIM, since November 2022. Previously, Fischer held the position of Chief Compliance Officer at Matrix Trust Company and Director of Compliance at Broadridge Business Process Outsourcing, LLC from April 2008 to August 2022, where a strategic vision for compliance was developed, managing risk and protecting the firm from legal and regulatory challenges. Prior experience includes roles as Hedge Fund Controller and Compliance Officer at Woodbourne Capital Management International, LP, and various positions such as Senior Financial Analyst at Allstate Insurance and Financial Services, Hedge Fund Administrator at SS&C GlobeOp, Controller and Co-Founder at Palm Harbor Capital Management, and in Institutional Equity Sales at Legg Mason. Cedric Fischer holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado Boulder, an MBA in Finance from the University of San Francisco, and a SPIMFAX Fellowship from The University of Bonn.
