Daneille Sallahian

Daneille Sallahian is an accomplished HR analytics and compensation professional with extensive experience in the finance sector. Currently serving as Vice President of PGIM HR Analytics/Compensation since December 2018, Daneille previously held the position of Senior Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, focusing on global banking and markets HR reporting and analytics. With a solid foundation at Morgan Stanley, where various executive director and vice president roles in compensation and HR business analytics were undertaken, Daneille developed deep expertise in compensation processes and workforce trend forecasting. Earlier, positions at Merrill Lynch and Brown Brothers Harriman further contributed to a robust background in HR analytics and compensation management.
