Lucy Garofalo

Lucy Garofalo, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in HR, serving as a Director of HR Business Partner at PGIM, where Lucy supports various business support areas. Prior to that, Lucy worked as an HR Manager at the same company. Lucy also worked at Prudential Financial as an HR Generalist and Executive Office Manager, and at Chase as an Assistant Vice President in Customer Risk Management. Lucy holds a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Hofstra University.
