Charlotte Haines has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing and brand management. Charlotte started their career as a Marketing Coordinator at Avis Budget Group International, where they managed key projects on a Pan-European basis. Charlotte then moved to TUI, where they worked as a Marketing Executive and later as a Marketing Manager for Sportworld and Thomson Sport & Sport Abroad. In these roles, they were responsible for brand development, campaign planning, and partnership management for major sporting events. After TUI, Charlotte worked at Whitbread as a Brand Development Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager for Beefeater Restaurants, where they were involved in proposition development, menu launches, and commercial marketing strategies. Charlotte later joined Virgin Trains as the Head of Brand & In-House Design, where they focused on brand development and marketing activations. Charlotte also had a contract role at Eurostar, where they worked on proposition development and go-to-market planning. Their most recent role is at PGL Travel, where they served as the Head of Consumer Marketing and Senior Brand Marketing Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for driving awareness and consideration in the family market and leading the consumer partnerships remit. Charlotte Haines received their education from Oxford Brookes University from 2003 to 2006. Charlotte earned a 2.1 BA Hons degree in Business Management during this time. Additionally, in July 2019, they obtained a certification as an NLP Practitioner from Inspire 360 Ltd.
