Daniel Balcer

Daniel Balcer is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and compliance sectors, currently serving as a Standards Compliance Officer at PGL Beyond since May 2023. Prior to this role, Daniel was an Area Manager at Hana Group UK & Ireland from June 2019 to June 2022. Daniel's extensive experience also includes a significant tenure at Wyevale Garden Centres, where responsibilities ranged from Lead Food and Beverage Operations Trainer to roles in restaurant management and support, including the training and setup for multiple coffee shop openings. Educationally, Daniel holds a BTEC National Diploma in Hospitality from Basingstoke College of Technology, completed between 2009 and 2011.
