Dusan Rodic

Dusan Rodic, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources, with roles spanning various organizations and industries. Dusan has held positions such as Human Resources Director at PGP International, where they led a team in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies, managing compensation programs, overseeing talent management processes, and handling employee relations. Prior to that, Dusan worked as an HR Professional at USCIS, where they facilitated the immigration process for obtaining Green Cards and Work Permits. Dusan also served as an HR Manager/Business Partner at Carmeuse Group, overseeing HR activities in Bosnia-Herzegovina, and as an HR Manager at Hellenic Sugar Industry SA, responsible for HR operations in Serbia. Additionally, Dusan worked at NIS a.d., managing employee engagement programs, and at Philip Morris International, where they led an HR SSC team and provided support for organizational changes, recruitment, and client communication. With a strong background in HR, Dusan has demonstrated skills in strategic planning, recruitment, compensation, employee engagement, and team management.

Dusan Rodic, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Audit and Accounting from Alpha University Belgrade, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. Dusan also pursued a field of study in Russian Language and Literature at the University of Nis, Faculty of Philosophy, from 2005 to 2014, although they did not obtain a degree in this field. In terms of additional certifications, Dusan Rodic has completed the DDI Facilitator Certification Process Workshop from DDI | Development Dimensions International in January 2021. Dusan also obtained their SHRM-CP (SHRM - Certified Professional) certification from SHRM in July 2020.
