With experience at companies such as PGS, Target, adidas, and Nestlé, Poch has led initiatives to modernize sourcing practices, implement organizational capabilities, and optimize logistics processes. Poch holds a Graduate Diploma of Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines.
