Mr Stanghieri advises PGS Advisers' client base which includes ASX200 and ASX300 companies, mutual banks, unlisted organisations, private equity, and activist shareholders.

In late 2024, Mr Stanghieri announced that Murray Williams had joined PGS Advisers as Chairman following strong growth across the firm's client base which now includes engagement and advisory mandates across M&A, activism, proxy adviser engagement, and shareholder engagement for AGMs and EGMs.

Mr William's appointment follows PGS Advisers' appointment of an Executive Director and will complement near term hires planned at the Director and Manager level.

Mr Williams brings over 40 years experience in M&A and company meeting shareholder engagement and solicitation strategies to PGS Advisers.

Marc Stanghieri was previously Managing Director and Head of M&A and Activism (Australia) at Morrow Sodali, an advisory firm acquired by TPG Growth. Marc started his career in investor relations and shareholder advisory and Mr Stanghieri's previous employers included Market Eye (now Automic Markets) and Media and Capital Partners. At these firms, Mr Stanghieri was responsible for providing investor relations advisory counsel and associated services.
