Rachel Evans

Ms. Evans serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for PGT Innovations and is responsible for talent acquisition, health and safety, employee and labor relations, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and executive coaching. Ms. Evans joined PGT Innovations in 2019 as Vice President of Human Resources for PGT Innovations and brought with her over 28 years of experience in the human resource sector, in addition to a strong understanding of the building products industry.

Before joining PGT Innovations, Ms. Evans served as Vice President of Human Resources for Fortune Brands Home & Security, as well as MasterBrands Cabinets, and held several HR roles of increasing responsibility during her time with Therma Tru.

Rachel earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and received a professional certification in human resources through SHRM, Society for Human Resource Management.
