Charles Tepsic

Charles Tepsic is an accomplished professional in safety systems and regulatory compliance with extensive experience in the trucking and gasfield service industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Safety Systems at PGT Trucking, Inc. since January 2017, Charles has held various managerial roles, including Manager of Regulatory Compliance and Lead Manager of Training. Prior to this, Charles was Compliance Manager at Elite Gasfield Services, where responsibilities included the implementation of a comprehensive compliance program and improvement of the driver hiring process. Earlier experience includes serving as Safety Manager at PGT Trucking, where duties involved ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Charles holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Youngstown State University, earned between 2003 and 2008.
