Violeta Jovanoska

Violeta Jovanoska is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment, management, and sales. Currently serving as a Recruiting Specialist at PGT Trucking, Inc. and a member of the Women In Trucking Association, Violeta focuses on driver recruitment and language support. Previously, Violeta held the position of General Manager at the Youth Resource Center - iCan, where responsibilities included developing workforce training programs and establishing partnerships with the private sector for job placement. Violeta also has extensive experience in insurance sales and management, having served as a Sales Manager and obtained a Skilled Insurance Broker certification. Other notable roles include ownership of a poultry farm and a basketball school, as well as management positions in retail operations. Violeta holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Green Economy and Sustainable Development from the South East European University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Technology with a minor in Marketing and Accounting from Montana State University-Northern.
