Eric Gregor Tan

Eric Gregor Tan possesses extensive experience in the real estate and construction sectors, currently serving as General Manager for Horizontal Projects at PH1 World Developers Inc. and as President and General Manager at PlusHomes Communities Inc. Previous roles include Assistant Vice President for Business Development at Megawide Construction Corporation and various leadership positions at Taft Properties, where responsibilities encompassed business development and regional operations. Eric also held significant roles at Landco Pacific Corporation and Robinsons Land Corporation, focusing on corporate development and project management. Eric is an alumnus of Ateneo de Manila University, having completed studies from 2002 to 2006.
