Claire Avlianou is an accomplished professional in revenue management with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Since January 2009, Claire has served as the Director of Revenue Management at PHĀEA RESORTS. Prior to this role, Claire held the position of Director of Revenue Management at Mandarin Oriental New York from August 2006 to December 2008 and also served as Director of Revenue Management at The London Hotel New York. Claire's career at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group began in June 2004, where Claire worked as the Director of Revenue Management at The Mark Hotel New York until August 2006, following a role as Director of Revenue at The Mark Hotel from May 2004 to August 2006. Claire's early career included experience as a Reservations Manager at The Mark Hotel, New York Mandarin Oriental from March 2001 to June 2004. Claire Avlianou holds an MSc in Tourism Management & Research from the University of Surrey and a BA in Hotel Management from SouthBank University.
