Poppy Sherwood is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Talent for Phaidon International since September 2014. In this role, Poppy leads both the Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition functions across North America, building on previous leadership positions, including Director and Senior Consultant roles in Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition Manager for APAC. Prior experience includes recruitment consulting at Michael Page, specializing in Accountancy & Finance and Procurement & Supply Chain sectors in Singapore and the North East UK. Poppy's career began at Northumbria University as a Student Representative, focused on marketing and recruitment for higher education. Academic qualifications include a 2.1 LLB Law Exempting degree from Northumbria University.
