Ulrica Hartogh

Ulrica Hartogh is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Phaidon International since January 2019, Ulrica has a proven track record in developing and executing global human resources strategies. Previously, in roles such as HR Director at Kantar Consulting and as Director of Employee Experience at Bridge International Academies, Ulrica focused on enhancing employee engagement, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, and embedding company values into organizational culture.
