Daniel M. Horton

Daniel M. Horton serves as the President of PHALANX Solutions since June 2021 and is an Official Member of the Forbes Technology Council since July 2018. Previously, Daniel held the position of Chief Information Officer at Caliburn International from January 2019 to June 2021 and at Sallyport from January 2017 to December 2018, where responsibilities included directing IT operations and enhancing client satisfaction. Daniel also served as Chief Information Officer at Michael Baker International from January 2014 to December 2016, Chief Technology Officer at KS International LLC from October 2011 to December 2013, and as a Senior Systems Administrator at IBM Global Business Services from October 2004 to October 2011.
