Souk Sounakhene is an experienced professional with a strong background in laboratory information management systems and technical support. Currently serving as the LIMS System Support Manager at Phamatech Inc. since 2007, Souk Sounakhene provides comprehensive end-user hardware and software support for ChemWare’s Horizon LIMS system, facilitating client interaction with software data management. Prior to this role, Souk Sounakhene worked as a Computer Support Administrator at LabCorp from 2002 to 2007, delivering hardware and software solutions and conducting onsite training for patient management software.
