Sean Patton

Sean Patton has extensive work experience in operations and distribution management. Sean is currently working as the Director of Warehouse Operations and Distribution at Phantom Fireworks since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Manager of Operations for North America at Facil from 2021 to 2022, and as the Director of Operations at Target Specialty Products from 2020 to 2021. Sean also held multiple roles at Freeman Manufacturing & Supply Company, including Director of Operations from 2010 to 2019, Director of Distribution from 2006 to 2010, Manager of U.S. Branch Operations from 2000 to 2006, Outside Sales Representative from 1996 to 2000, and Sales Trainee from 1995 to 1996. Sean has prior experience as an Account Executive at The Reserves Network and as an Assistant Branch Rental Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Throughout their career, Sean has demonstrated leadership skills and successfully managed large teams in various industries.

Sean Patton has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from Bowling Green State University. Sean also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Cleveland State University. In addition to their formal education, Sean has obtained several certifications, including Change Management Foundations, Change Management: Roadmap to Planning, Project Management Simplified, Six Sigma: Green Belt, Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership, Operational Excellence Foundations, and Six Sigma Foundations from LinkedIn.
