Clement Chen

Clement Chen is an experienced security professional with a robust background spanning over a decade in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Security at Phantom since July 2025, Clement previously held the position of Head of Security Engineering at Hidden Road from June 2022 to July 2025. Additional experience includes security roles at Robinhood, LinkedIn, Splunk, MobileIron, ClearSlide, Citrix, and Oracle, where responsibilities involved securing cloud infrastructure, leading security programs, and managing vulnerability communications. Clement holds a Master's degree in Information Security Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
