Emeline FRELAUD has extensive experience in continuous improvement and process management within the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Continuous Improvement Manager at PharmaCare Laboratories since January 2020, Emeline implements Lean Manufacturing strategies and coordinates various improvement initiatives. Previous roles include Process & Maintenance Manager at PharmaCare Laboratories, Utilities Engineer at Baxter International Inc., and Process Robustness Project Data Analyst at GSK. Emeline also has experience as a Project Engineer for SANOFI and as a Project Manager at SERVIER. Emeline holds a degree in Food Engineering from Polytech Paris-UPMC and has a strong background in project management, technical assessments, and operational efficiency improvements.
