Muhammad Shan-e Elahi has an extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Muhammad Shan-e is currently the Head of Quality at PharmaCare Laboratories. Prior to this, they worked with RB as a Senior Regional Quality Manager for the Middle East, North Africa, Pakistan, and Turkey regions. Muhammad Shan-e also held the position of Senior Regional Quality Manager for Africa, Middle East, and South Asia at RB. Before joining RB, Muhammad worked at Roche as the Head of Quality and later as an Assignment Regional Quality Manager for the Asia Pacific region. Muhammad Shan-e has also served as the Head of Quality and Compliance at Radpharm Scientific and as a Project Manager ANZ - Operations Improvement at Baxter International Inc. Muhammad started their career at GSK, where they worked in various operations positions for six years.
Muhammad Shan-e Elahi completed their Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree from Karachi University between 2000 and 2004. Muhammad Shan-e then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the Institute of Business Management from 2006 to 2009. In addition, in 2009, they obtained a Diploma in Human Resource Management from PIMS in the field of Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
