Shan Yeh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in market access, operations management, and analytics within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as a Board Member at Pharma SOS since February 2023, Shan previously held multiple senior director positions at Jazz Pharmaceuticals from April 2017 to September 2024, focusing on medical and access operations, and performance excellence. Prior to Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Shan worked at Genentech as Associate Director in Access Solutions and held various roles in strategic planning and program management. With a strong foundation in operations and strategy from Booz & Company and The Dow Chemical Company, Shan holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

With the ever changing need for data driving decision making and the push for efficiencies in the industry, there is a lot of hustle and bustle for the professionals bringing all the strategies and aspirations to life, with the right operations, processes and systems. Pharma SOS provides a platform for these professionals to network with each other, learning best practices and success stories from each other. In addition, the Pharma SOS will also provide a platform for the community to advocate and influence for the right initiatives in the broader marketplace.
