Before that, Mathias worked as a Distribution Manager at Riemser Arzneimittel AG and as an Assistent des Marktleiter at ProMarkt Handels GmbH. Mathias is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Projekt- und Prozessmanagement at WINGS Professional Studies - Wismar University. Mathias also holds a Betriebswirt (IHK) degree from IHK Neubrandenburg and a Kaufmann Groß- und Außenhandel degree from GAH GmbH.
