Carole Mills

Carole Mills is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and technical programme delivery, currently serving as Technical Programme Delivery Lead at PHARMAC since February 2024. Prior roles include Change Resource Manager and People Lead at Oranga Tamariki—Ministry for Children, as well as several positions at the Ministry of Social Development, including Agile People Lead and Test Consultant. Carole has held leadership roles in various organizations such as AMP and Wellington Kindergarten Association, advocating for quality early childhood education. With a Bachelor of Business in Management from Massey University and ongoing postgraduate studies in Business Administration and Management, Carole combines strong technical acumen with leadership skills.
