Jennifer Warren

Jennifer Warren has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jennifer started their career as a Store Manager and Certified Pharmacy Technician at Pugh's Pharmacy from 1999 to 2005. Jennifer then worked as a Store Manager at CVS/Caremark from 2006 to 2007. Jennifer joined AdvanceMed Corporation in 2007 as a Benefit Integrity Analyst, where they conducted in-depth evaluations of potential healthcare fraud. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Healthcare Fraud Investigator at the US Attorney's Office/Forfeiture Support Associates, supporting civil and criminal cases related to Medicare fraud. In 2014, Jennifer joined Optum as an Advanced Analytics Manager, leading a team in analyzing utilization and healthcare costs data. Jennifer later became the Medicare FWA Clinical Investigations Manager. In 2016, they switched to Cigna, serving as a Pharmacy Fraud and Analytics SME, specializing in fraud analytics and collaborating with key stakeholders. Jennifer then worked as a Product Manager at Artemetrx from 2017 to 2021. Jennifer moved on to Quest Analytics, LLC as the Director of Product Analytics from 2021 to Present. Currently, Jennifer holds the position of Vice President Data & Analytics at Pharmaceutical Strategies Group - PSG.

Jennifer Warren earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Austin Peay State University in 2005. Jennifer then pursued a Master's degree in the same field at the same university, completing it in 2011. Additionally, Jennifer obtained certifications in various fields, including Certified Professional Coder (CPC) from the AAPC in April 2016, Certified Fraud Examiner from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners in October 2011, and Certified Pharmacy Technician from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board in July 2005.
