Phuong Nguyen

Phuong Nguyen, also known as Daisy, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition cum HRBP Manager at Pharmacity since April 2019, Phuong has played a pivotal role in the company's expansion, leading recruitment efforts that contributed to the growth from 0 to 145 stores in Northern Vietnam over five years. Previously, Phuong held various HR roles at Công ty Cổ phần Nông Dược Việt Nam, including Human Resources Manager, overseeing recruitment, training, and HR policy implementation. Additionally, Phuong gained experience as a Human Resources System Administrator at Cong ty tu van Macconsult. Phuong holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Labor and Social Affair University, completed between 2014 and 2016.
