Kerstin Stemme

Kerstin Stemme has over 15 years of work experience in HR and management roles. Kerstin is currently the Head of HR at Pharmacosmos since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Korn Ferry from April 2018 to March 2020. From April 2016 to March 2018, they were the Manager HR Germany at Hormosan Pharma - a Lupin Group company. Earlier in their career, they held various HR positions at Interactive Data from September 2010 to April 2016, including Manager Human Resources, HR Business Partner, and Project Coordinator. Kerstin started their career at Hays in April 2005, where they worked in Key Account Management & Managed Service Providing until August 2010.

Kerstin Stemme obtained a Diplom Betriebswirt (FH) degree in Internationales Management und Controlling from Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they also earned a Diplom degree in International Management & Controlling during the same time period from the same university.
