Ashley Lukach, SHRM-CP

Ashley Lukach, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in Human Resources. Ashley started their career as an HR Assistant at Gerber Collision & Glass in April 2015 and worked there until January 2016. Ashley then joined North American Dental Group as an HR Generalist in January 2016 and stayed until February 2018. Following that, they worked as an HR Specialist at Embrace Pet Insurance from February 2018 to November 2019. Currently, Ashley is employed at Pharmacy Data Management, Inc. (PDMI) where they have held the roles of Payroll & Benefits Specialist from November 2019 to February 2022 and is currently working as a Human Resources Generalist from February 2022 onwards.

Ashley Lukach, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Youngstown State University. Ashley attended Youngstown State University from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they also hold a Leadership Certificate from Youngstown State University, which they obtained in December 2015. Ashley Lukach obtained their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in June 2019.
