Jessica Minotti

Jessica Minotti has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Jessica started their career as a Student Assistant at Youngstown State University in 2007 and later took on a Sales Representative Intern role at The Vindicator Printing company. In 2010, they became the General Manager of The Cafe at Wittenauer's & The Gallery at Wittenauer's, where they managed various aspects of the business, including staff, bookkeeping, payroll, and marketing.

Following that, Jessica joined Alliant Insurance Services in 2014, initially as an Administrative Assistant, where they handled office functions such as managing calendars, preparing correspondence, and maintaining the website. Jessica then transitioned to the role of Data Support Analyst, responsible for processing and validating client data, as well as supporting the development of the company's data warehouse. In 2016, they became a Data Analytics Consultant, further enhancing their skills in Microsoft SQL Server and Visual Studio.

Most recently, Jessica joined Pharmacy Data Management, Inc. (PDMI) in 2019 as a Reporting Services SQL Developer. In this role, they worked on data processing, validation, and ad-hoc projects, while also contributing to the development and maintenance of the data warehouse. Jessica eventually advanced to the position of Marketing Manager, where they spearheaded marketing initiatives and strategies, including digital marketing, brand awareness, and social media presence for PDMI products and services.
