Prem Nagrath

Prem Nagrath is an experienced professional with a diverse range of work experiences. Prem currently works as a Director at Pharmacy Data Management, Inc. (PDMI), where they are leading the cultural and technology transformation of the company by modernizing legacy applications, defining product roadmaps, and building world-class IT products for the PBM/PBA industry.

Prior to their current role, Prem worked at HM Health Solutions from 2016 to 2019 as a Manager. In this position, they provided leadership to multiple teams responsible for billing and revenue applications. Prem implemented top grading strategies and brought in more productive talent, created efficient processes, and established performance indicators to support the team's daily operations.

From 2008 to 2016, Prem worked as a Consultant at Summa Technologies. During their time there, they provided consulting services to clients in various industries, including finance and telecom. Prem assisted clients in transitioning from traditional methodologies to Agile and provided technical leadership on numerous client projects.

Before that, from 2007 to 2008, Prem worked as an Architect at Sapient. Prem was responsible for the overall architecture of applications, provided technical leadership to multiple teams, and conducted technical analysis of requirements.

Prem has also held positions at Oracle, Vocollect, Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, and Delta Integrated Software Solutions, where they gained experience in roles such as Senior Principal Consultant, Senior Software Engineer/Release Manager, Senior Developer, and Senior Programmer. These roles allowed him to work with various technologies and contribute to projects in areas such as EAI/EDI, market intelligence, CRM, online surveys, and web development.

Throughout their career, Prem has demonstrated strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for driving innovation and transformation within organizations.

Prem Nagrath obtained a Masters degree in Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University, from 2003 to 2004. In addition, they obtained the AWS Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2021.
