Freshta Rosario

Freshta Rosario serves as a Manager of Stakeholder Engagement and provides support to PQA’s engagement of members by organizing, maintaining and managing the information and databases critical to outreach and timely, effective communications.

Before joining PQA, Freshta worked as a Membership Manager at the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators, where she was responsible for assisting members, maintaining the integrity of the association management system, creating scripts for the awards conferences, and assisting with coordination of the awards program. Prior to that she worked at The Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute as a Membership Specialist, where she managed all aspects of the membership process. Before that, she worked for a local government contractor for several years.

Freshta graduated from George Mason University with a degree in Business Management.
