Melissa Grossman

Melissa Grossman currently serves as the Associate Director of Compliance at PharmaEssentia, overseeing compliance initiatives since September 2025. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of Business Ethics Manager at Ipsen, where responsibilities included supporting Rare Disease, Oncology, and Neuroscience business units while fostering a culture of compliance. Previously, Melissa worked as a Compliance Manager and Healthcare Compliance Analyst at Albireo Pharma, Inc., where duties encompassed developing compliance training programs and implementing healthcare compliance initiatives. Melissa's extensive experience also includes roles in administrative support and event management at various organizations, including Audax Group, Wellington Management, Hyatt, and Marriott International. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports, Entertainment, and Event Management from Johnson & Wales University.
