Xiaowei Du has over 10 years of work experience in business development, quality assurance, and raw material management. In 2020, they began working as a Business Development Manager at Raybow Pharmaceutical. Prior to that, they were a BD Executive at Sphinx Scientific Laboratory from 2017-2020. From 2015-2017, they were a Business Development Manager at CrystecPharma Ltd., where they had a good understanding of the challenges clients faced in formulation development and provided solutions using their innovative technology. From 2011-2015, they were a QA Coordinator at 克莱英医药集团（天津）股份有限公司, where they monitored GMP environment and followed up on production projects. From 2010-2011, they were a Quality Specialist at 菲维（中国）生物技术有限公司, where they managed raw materials and supplies.
