Charlotte Verner Rossing has extensive work experience in the field of research and development in the pharmaceutical industry. Charlotte Verner started their career as a Section Manager of Research at Pharmakon from 2005 to 2009. Later, they worked as the Head of Department of Research and Development at Pharmakon from 2009 to 2014 and then as the Director of Research and Development at the same company from 2014 to the present.

Charlotte Verner also served as a PhD student at the University of Copenhagen from 1998 to 2004 and the University of Sydney from 2000 to 2001. In addition, they worked as a Cencor at the University of Copenhagen from 2010 to the present and provided PhD counseling for Laura Victoria Lech from 2018 to 2023.

Charlotte Verner Rossing has been involved in various professional organizations. Charlotte Verner was a Member of the FIP Technology Forum at the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) and Vice Chair of SIG Pharmacy Practice Research at the same organization since 2017. Following this, they enrolled in Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, where they pursued a Ph.D. degree in Social Pharmacy from 1991 to 1998. Additionally, Charlotte Verner Rossing has acquired several certifications, including being an honorary member of the Pharmaceutical Care Network Europe Association (PCNE) since February 2022 and receiving a FIP Fellowship from the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) in September 2020. Charlotte also holds a JTI certification from CfL - Bedre ledere. Bedre resultater., obtained in September 2015, though the specific month and year are not available.
