Joe Perez has a diverse work experience in various industries. Joe started their career as a Graphic & Web Designer at Eastern Connecticut State University, where they managed the department's website and created flyers. Joe then transitioned to Fiore Custom Pools as a Service Technician, responsible for installing, fixing, and maintaining pools, as well as managing inventory and composing proposals. Joe later joined PharmaLogics Recruiting, where they held multiple roles, including Business Development Specialist, Executive Recruiter, Business Development Manager, and Vice President Of Business Development. In their current position as Senior Vice President of Business Development, they represent and promotes the company's services to accounts and prospects. Throughout their career, Joe has gained experience in business development, recruiting, and client relationship management.

Joe Perez attended North Branford High School from 2007 to 2011, where they completed their High School education. Following that, from 2011 to 2015, they studied at Eastern Connecticut State University, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic and Web Design.
