Ian R. Cohen

Ian R. Cohen is an accomplished legal and business professional currently serving as Vice President of Business Strategy and General Counsel at Packable since January 2023. With extensive experience in various legal roles, including General Counsel at Pharmapacks and Attorney at IRC Legal, Ian has demonstrated expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and compliance. As a Charter Member of TechGC, Ian engages with a peer community of General Counsels to exchange knowledge and best practices. Ian's legal career also includes positions at Baker & Hostetler LLP and Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, where significant contributions were made in strategic M&A and corporate law. Ian holds a JD from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a BA in Government and Politics with a minor in History from the University of Maryland.
