Vanessa Xiaoyan Wu

Vanessa Xiaoyan WU is an experienced public relations professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Director of Public Relations at Pharmaron since April 2022. Vanessa’s previous roles include an MBA Management Intern at AstraZeneca, where Vanessa contributed to the iCampus program focusing on business model design and partnerships, and Co-Founder, CMO, and Vice GM of Glocal Education, dedicated to advancing international education in China. As General Manager at LI DAK SUM International Innovation Incubator, Vanessa significantly increased operational income and led the establishment of an extensive partnership network. With a solid background in marketing and communications, Vanessa has also held positions at MIT Global SCALE Network and the University of Nottingham Ningbo China. Vanessa holds an MBA from China Europe International Business School, an M.A. from Cardiff University, and a B.A. from the University of Nottingham.
