Anthony Milano

Anthony Milano, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Anthony began their career at Best Buy as a Sales Associate, where they provided customer service and helped customers with their purchasing decisions. Anthony later worked at Carthage College as a Resident Assistant, overseeing and supporting undergraduate students in a residence hall.

Milano then joined American Golf Corporation as a Pro Shop Attendant, where they supervised the pro shop operations and maintained good customer relationships. Anthony returned to Carthage College as an Assistant Hall Director, supervising Resident Assistants and providing leadership and training.

In 2010, Milano joined Hospira, starting as a Financial Analyst in their Finance Development Program. Anthony rotated through different finance roles, gaining experience in accounting, corporate financial planning and analysis, and manufacturing operations and quality finance. Anthony then served as a Commercial Financial Analyst, analyzing market trends, contract negotiations, and sales performance.

After their time at Hospira, Milano worked at Pfizer as a Business Finance Partner, collaborating with senior management to develop financial plans and support the implementation of commercial initiatives. Anthony later joined ICU Medical as a Regional Controller, responsible for financial decision-making, strategic planning, and business development.
