Laura Scott

Laura Scott has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Laura began their career as a Lifeguard (Seasonal) for Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council in 2009. In 2011, they took on a role as a Telesales Agent for Sky and a Shop Manager for Millenium Stadium. In 2012, they worked as a Lifeguard and Children's Counsellor for Camp Tanadoona. In 2013, they worked as a Classroom Assistant for Henbury Comprehensive School and an Academic Scribe/Invigilator for Afon Taf High School. Since 2015, they have been a Data Scientist for Pharmatelligence, delivering real world evidence that improves understanding of drugs and treatments and guides better decision-making in the healthcare community and industry.

Laura Scott obtained their A Levels prior to 2003. From 2003 to 2010, they attended St. John Baptist Church in Wales High School. From 2012 to 2015, they attended Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences Physiology (BSc Hons). Laura then returned to Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd and completed a Master of Science in Operational Research and Applied Statistics in 2017.
