Samara Ferguson

Samara is a Vice President at PharmaVentures with significant experience in Market Access and Pricing.

She has held several roles in the pharmaceutical industry, bringing 20 years’ experience in market access, health economics and outcomes research, having worked at GSK, Amgen and UCB across multiple product portfolios, supporting value demonstration of assets in clinical development through to post-launch. Samara also brings several years’ experience in consultancy, and has worked across numerous therapy areas to rigorously pressure test market access and price potential, develop market access strategies, evidence generation plans, and bespoke real world studies. She has also supported rapid assessments of in-licensing opportunities to identify key areas of risk and opportunities and inform investment decision-making.

She holds a MSc in Health Economics and Health Policy from the University of Birmingham.
