Bhavana Sengar

Bhavana Sengar has worked in the Human Resources field since 2013. Bhavana began as a Recruitment Trainee for Placement & Management Services in 2014, followed by a HR Executive role at Webcure Technologies. In 2015, they moved to DeminyX InfoTec as a Human Resources Executive. In 2016, they joined TechBridge Labs as the HR & Admin Manager where they helped to build the company from an empty suite of offices into a full-scale operation. In 2019, Bhavana moved to Pharmazz Inc. as the Deputy Manager - HR & Operations. In this role, they formulated, implemented and maintained effective Human Resources policies, procedures and regulations, as well as trained and supervised Management Trainees.

Bhavana Sengar completed their MBA in Human Resources Management and Information Technology from DAYANAND ACADEMY OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES, GOVIND NAGAR, between 2012 and 2014. Bhavana also attended Ch. B. Singh Bhartiya vidhyalaya between 2004 and 2009.
