Mark Garofoli

Assistant Professor, West Virginia University School Of Pharmacy at PharmCon freeCE

Mark Garofoli is a Clinical Associate Professor and Director of Experiential Learning at the WVU School of Pharmacy, where responsibilities include curriculum education in areas such as pain management, substance-use disorder, and medication therapy management, as well as overseeing the experiential learning program for Doctor of Pharmacy students. Additionally, Mark serves as a Faculty member at the WVU School of Medicine's Multidisciplinary Pain Fellowship and as a Clinical Pain Management Pharmacist at the WVU Medicine Center for Integrative Pain Management. Mark is also the host of the "Pain Pod" on the Pharmacy Podcast Network, has developed continuing education programs focusing on pain management, and acts as an expert witness in legal cases involving pharmacy practice and substance use issues. Mark holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Strayer University.
